Return Eligibility

• Incorrect item received
• Wrong size sent by us

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and the return request must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only if:
• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• The product is returned in its original packaging
• The exchange request is made within 24 hours of delivery
